Our destination was the place where the huge gate of Jurrasic Park was built. The location is quite a distance up a rough road through the rainforest on the Waikoko Forest Management Road. Hawaii Movie Tours aptly describes this portion of the tour. "Deep into Kauai's interior, driving thru rivers and streams, this breathtaking journey will take you back in time. In addition to the seclusion of this drive, you learn about and see Kauai's rich flora."
This is another one of those pictures but, if I remember correctly, the valley in the center of the picture is where they filmed one of the scenes from Jurassic Park and one of the scenes from Godzilla. In any case, it is a really cool picture.
