In 2013, I decided to *try* and go vegan. (Keyword is *try*). To resist the temptation of eating out (and, therefore eating animal products), I have been making my daily lunches for the week each weekend… for 5 years now. So, I decided to do a time lapse video of *how* I make my lunches for the week. I have been eating a salad, a fruit salad,
some nuts, and some beans, and other non-animal products EVERY DAY, for 5 YEARS!
